Tackling Life with My Heart, Hands, and Faith
"Why do I make things?
Well because I enjoy it, of course...
but it also somehow helps me remember who I am and who I belong too.
I have been an avid crafter for as long as I can remember.
Crafting is something I've just always done, something I've always loved...
Being creative is not a single act, but the act of living itself.
It's being on fire with imagination, ignited by the certainty of my relationship with a living God ...
It’s knowing that my life has been crafted and built on a foundation that is true.
It's knowing that I have a purpose and that I have been fearfully and wonderfully made by the greatest creator of all.
I do what I love...and I love what I do....
Keep calm and craft on!

Looking Up
"In all our lives there are moments we are meant to remember forever, in every small detail and shading." -unknown
It's a place where all of creation is crying out to behold the glory of it's Creator. |
"It's a land that no one can own, but only be born,
live and die in its shadows." -Earl Hammer
|
and the problem is that it can't be captured... not with a camera, a painter or the words of a writer.
You just have to be there, you have to see, smell and taste it to be forever changed by its beauty.
The top of a mountain is a place where everything suddenly makes sense.
It's where there are no worries because for that very moment it's just you and the sky.
Once you've been to the top, you will always be looking up...
Keep calm and craft on!
Micaela
